PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "SUMMER EDIT" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on 10.08.2026 from 03:00 AM to 11:59 PM and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live and in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the SUMMER EDIT tab marked "-10% EXTRA | CODE: SUMMER" will be entitled to a 10% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code SUMMER in the designated field for discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered and the discount amount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of the complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the order.
3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant of the decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, including: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuses, or changes in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes come into force – in particular, the opportunity to use a discount received before the end of the Promotion remains valid for the period indicated in the promotion from the moment it is received by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any Consumer rights resulting from mandatorily binding legal provisions (including those related to the non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live in the Terms and Conditions tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on August 10, 2026, at 03:00 AM.
