PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "PERFECT MIX" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will run from 13.08.2026 at 02:00 until 13.08.2026 at 23:59 or until further notice and is aimed at people making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live.
   
2. The condition for taking advantage of the Promotion and receiving a 13% discount is the simultaneous purchase of at least two different products from the PERFECT MIX tab in one transaction.
   
3. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of only two pieces of the same model.
   
4. In the Online Store, a 13% discount is automatically applied in the order summary after adding products meeting the criteria referred to in paragraph 2 above to the basket.
5. The 13% discount is calculated from the currently applicable retail prices of products in the Store (including prices of products previously discounted or subject to other reductions).
6. The discount does not cover the costs of order delivery.
7. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
8. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it may change.
9. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes and promotions.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To streamline and speed up the complaint handling process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the Participant's contact details.
3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant about the resolution of the complaint in the same way the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant indicates a different communication channel).

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, including: changes in legal provisions regulating the rules of promotions, failures and technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control or the need to counteract abuses.
2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not negatively affect the rights acquired by Participants before the change comes into force. In particular, orders placed before the change are processed under the existing rules.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
2. For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
3. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from universally binding legal provisions (including due to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
4. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live in the Terms and Conditions tab.
