PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion called "COSMETIC BAG 07.08" (hereinafter: "the Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "the Terms and Conditions"). Information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   
4. Information about the Promotion presented in the online store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
   

§2 DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion will take place exclusively from 09:30 on 07.08.2026 until 23:59 on 09.08.2026 (hereinafter: "the Promotion Period") or until promotional gift stocks are exhausted.
2. The Promotion is conducted exclusively in the Organizer's online store available at www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live (hereinafter: "the Online Store").
   

§3 PROMOTION RULES AND PRICE REDUCTIONS

1. The Promotion covers products available in the Online Store's offer during the Promotion Period (including products covered by a parallel sale in the SALE tab).
2. To take advantage of the Promotion, a single order must be placed in the Online Store during the Promotion Period, in which the total value of purchased products is at least PLN 600.00 gross (in words: six hundred zlotys and 00/100). Delivery costs are not included in this amount.

3. If the condition mentioned in paragraph 2 above is met, the following promotional benefits are automatically applied to the order cart:

   a) a promotional product: "Cosmetic Bag" is added at a price of PLN 0.01 gross (hereinafter: "the Gift"),

   b) an additional discount of PLN 0.01 gross is granted on the most expensive product in the Participant's cart.

4. No discount code is required to take advantage of the Promotion – the Gift is added and the discount is applied automatically to the cart once the required order value is reached.
5. Each Participant is entitled to only one Gift per order.
6. The Participant is not entitled to a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the granted Gift or discount, nor the right to exchange the Gift for another product.

7. The "COSMETIC BAG 07.08" promotion can be combined with the "SALE" price promotion (the value of products purchased during the sale is included in the minimum order threshold of PLN 600.00). The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions applicable in the Online Store at the same time, unless separate terms and conditions of these promotions state otherwise.

§4 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT and COMPLAINTS

1. Purchasing products within the Promotion in the Online Store does not limit or exclude the statutory rights of the consumer (and natural persons entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them):

   a) the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,

   b) the right to file a complaint due to the non-conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms specified in the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract (returns):

   a) In the event of full withdrawal from the contract, the Participant is obliged to return the purchased products together with the provided Gift ("Cosmetic Bag").

3. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
4. To expedite the processing of complaints, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the order.
5. The Organizer processes complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and informs the Participant about the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§5 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuse, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into effect – in particular, the opportunity to use a discount before the Promotion ends remains valid for the period indicated in the promotion from the moment of its receipt by the customer.

§6 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers resulting from absolutely binding provisions of law (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live in the Terms and Conditions tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 07.08.2026 at 09:30.
