PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "HAPPY HOURS" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on 11.08.2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM or until further notice and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the HAPPY HOURS tab will be entitled to a 7% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code LUCKY7 in the field designated for entering the discount code.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it and the amount of the discount may change.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash equivalent or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of the Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Campaign is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw-pl.live in the Regulations tab.
